Payment Conditions

• Payment for all courses must be paid in full.

• Payment for courses is due before the first lesson as specified on the invoice.

• Private lessons payments are expected on the day. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel a lesson. Regretfully, the lesson fee will be charged if less notice is given.

• In the unfortunate event that a course session has to be cancelled due to poor weather, coach illness or any other reason, a credit will be deducted from the price of the next course or a refund given if you are not continuing at the end of the course.
